CentreForward envisages to turning local organisations into a world-class English speaking organisation that can compete locally and globally. This target, of course, can only be achieved through strong commitments of organisations that are serious about improving English proficiency amongst their staff members.
Our main objective is to help our local organisations to develop high level English Language communicative competencies for the whole workforce hence leaving them competitive at all times. Besides, this programme is designed to:
- At least double participant's level of English
- Increase confidence to think and communicate clearly in English
- Help participants improve their pronunciation and vocabulary
- Reduce fear and inculcate greater motivation to speak well in English
- Train participants to speak fluently in English with good presentation skills
- Help establish a good English speaking environment at the office
- Enable participants to write better in standard English
